Work is undertaken by Amanda Trotter on acceptance of the following terms:

A deposit is required to secure your booking for both wedding and portrait photography packages.

Full payment is required before your finished album package can be supplied.

Please advise of any date or time or changes to your wedding or portrait arrangements well in advance to avoid any loss of deposit.

The copyright / use of all photographs remains with the photographer at all times - photographs may not be copied or reproduced by any other person.

Please take time to discuss your requirements with us in plenty of time before your wedding to ensure all arrangements can be met.
